Time for Life Enabling Service
Time for Life is a Community Enabling service that is contacted through Devon County Council and is available for people aged 65 or over. The service is focused on achievable outcomes and helps to support participants into their local communities.
The service also supports the Ivybridge Community Health & Social Care Team (CHSCT) which is a multi-agency group responsible for finding solutions to help support individuals with complex care needs to live in their community setting.
An exciting opportunity is currently available to be part of the Ivybridge CHSCT as a Voluntary Sector Representative. The role calls for an organised and self-motivated person with good interpersonal and communication skills and has a good local knowledge of the Ivybridge area.
This is a paid position and for 8 hours per week.
Salary is £20,849 (pro rata)
The post holder will ideally live within the Ivybridge area.
A DBS check will be required.
It is a fixed term contract up until 31st March 2017
There is also the possibility of additional Community Enabling hours within the Ivybridge area through the Time for Life service.

Lead Childcare Practitioner
Salary - £11,050 pa
Contracted hours of 25 hours per week term time
37 hours per week school holidays
(overtime paid at the same rate of pay as contracted hours)
An enthusiastic Lead Childcare Practitioner is required to support our successful team in providing after school club, holiday club and family time provision.
You must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Ofsted welfare requirements.
Duties to include:-
• Supervision of the children
• Planning activities and creative play
• Arranging resources and staff rotas
• Supervising staff
• Parent/carer liaison
• Continuous monitoring of quality, standards, risk assessment and inclusive practice in the setting
